Our Repair Process
We believe in making equipment repair simple, transparent, and dependable. Here is what you can expect when you work with D&B Ophthalmic Service.
1. Schedule an Evaluation
The process begins with a scheduled service evaluation. One of our experienced technicians will visit your office to assess the equipment and determine the best course action.
2. On-Site or In-House Repair Determination
After the initial evaluation, we decide whether the equipment can be repaired on-site or if it needs to be brought to our facility for more extensive troubleshooting and repair.
3. Real World Testing
After any repair, on-site or in-house, we don't stop at "fixed". We perform real-world use case testing to ensure the equipment is fully functional and meets operational expectations.
4. Delivery & Installation (If In-House Repair)
If the device was serviced at our facility, once it passes all post-repair testing, we'll deliver it back to your office, reinstall it, and perform another round of in-office use case testing to confirm it''s fully operational in its working environment.
